6. Returns and Exchanges
At Shinobi Collectibles, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We only accept returns and exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that we are unable to process returns for items that have been opened, used, or otherwise altered.
In the event of an exchange, we will replace the product with the same item. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a full refund or store credit. For all returns or exchanges, the customer may be required to cover return shipping fees unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
