Thank you for shopping with Shinobi Collectibles. We take pride in offering authentic collectible products and providing the best possible experience to collectors.

Due to the nature of the items we sell, including trading cards, sealed products, and collectible merchandise, all sales are considered final.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.


2. Final Sale Policy

All items sold on shinobicollectibles.com are final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Pull rates or contents of sealed products

  • Personal preference

  • Market price fluctuations

  • Opened products

Because many of our products are sealed collectible items, we cannot verify whether products have been tampered with once they leave our facility. For this reason, returns are not permitted.


3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

Returns or replacements may only be considered in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived significantly damaged during shipping

If this occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Our team will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


4. Sealed Products Disclaimer

Shinobi Collectibles sells factory-sealed products sourced from authorized distributors and reputable suppliers.

We do not guarantee specific card pulls, hit rates, or contents inside sealed products, as these are determined entirely by the manufacturer.

Requests for refunds related to the contents of sealed packs or boxes will not be accepted.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation is approved prior to shipping, a 3% processing fee may apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.


6. Shipping Costs

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to claim the package

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
